Serratoga Falls Metropolitan District No. 1

The District currently follows a strict three (3) day per week watering schedule for all homes. The schedule for your property varies by address:

·         Even Last Number Preceded by Odd Number: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

·         Even Last Number Preceded by Even Number: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday – 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

·         Odd Last Number Preceded by Odd Number: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

·         Odd Last Number Preceded by Even Number: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday – 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

For example, if your address is 5753 Gianna Drive, your schedule would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

If you need additional watering time due to landscape installations, it is required that the homeowner request permission for additional water from the District. It would be appreciated if the request was made ahead of the landcape installation so that water availability and timing may be considered prior to permission being granted.
